This interactive two-day training will help you master the skills necessary for your new role, enabling you to feel successful and confident in it.
As a result of the training, participants will be able to:
- Understand what the role of a manager entails
- Recognize the importance of personal leadership as a foundation for leading others
- Appreciate the value of teamwork and understand that results are primarily achieved through the team
- Acquire essential people management skills and gain confidence in their new role
