PCM Discover – Communication through the Process Communication Model®
Duration: 2 days
Number of Participants: : 10-12 per group
Training program:
- Phase 1 – Preparation for the training, which includes completing the PCM questionnaire (online) – duration: up to 1 hour
- Phase 2 – Two-day training
Note: Based on the questionnaire results, participants receive an individual report providing detailed insight into their personality structure.
At the end of the workshop, participants will:
Be able to:
- Understand the deep structure of personality and how it impacts communication
- Identify different personality types, how they react, communicate, and what motivates them
- Become aware of their own psychological needs and where they come from
- Recognize stress behavior patterns and how to approach them
- Detect emerging conflicts and act preventively
Learn to:
- Adapt communication style to different personality types
- Guide individuals and teams based on their internal motivators
- Motivate team members through a personalized approach
- Communicate effectively in stressful situations and maintain constructive dialogue
Training Content
- Introduction to PCM (Process Communication Model®)
- The 6 personality types: Thinker, Harmoniser, Persister, Imaginer, Promoter, Rebel
- Perceptions, psychological needs, communication styles, and behavioral patterns of each type
- Stress behavior – recognition and strategies for breaking destructive patterns
- Adapting communication based on the interlocutor’s personality type
- Personalized personality reports (based on the PCM online questionnaire)
- Activities and exercises that encourage introspection, dialogue, and practical application of the model
As a result of the training, participants will:
- Improve personal communication and leadership skills
- Gain knowledge of personality types and their specific communication styles
- Learn how to lead and motivate teams more effectively
- Develop deeper interpersonal understanding and reduce conflicts
