- Emotional intelligence in leadership
- Horizontal and vertical leadership
- Leadership between efficiency and support, high and low verticality
- Situational leadership – leadership styles (according to K. Blanchard and P. Hersey)
- Employee motivation according to preferences: social engagement, efficiency, power
- Managing motivation through delegation and monitoring execution
