Design Thinking

This interactive two-day workshop will unlock new creative potential and encourage participants to consistently find ways to view problems from different perspectives.
Duration: 2 days
Number of Participants: : 10-12 per group
Methods of Work: mini lectures, individual work, small group work, questionnaires, simulation games, role play, feedback.
As a result of the training, participants will:
- Get acquainted with Design Thinking as a comprehensive method of lateral thinking that enhances creative potential for effective solutions
- Learn to view clients’ needs from a new perspective through the five steps of Design Thinking and generate ideas that address their real needs
During the training sessions, the following will be systematically covered:
- Definition of Design Thinking
- Why and when to use it?
- Difference between traditional approach and Design Thinking approach
- Method – steps
- Empathy – Create empathy towards the user
- Define the challenge– tell a story from the field, redefine the challenge
- Think of ideas – quantity first, then quality; choose the best ones
- Make a prototype – materialize your idea
- Test it – collect feedback form a customer, don’t sell a solution
- Presentation in front of a group
