It is believed that your success in life is largely defined by your level of emotional intelligence (EQ). Through this training, we aim to introduce you to the basic concepts of EQ and help you enhance it through communication, behavior, and listening to others.

As a result of the training, participants will:

  • Improve their communication with colleagues and clients, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Increase their influence in interactions with others
  • Develop assertiveness and empathy
  • Understand emotional intelligence and how to enhance it
  • Learn how communication and assertiveness contribute to strengthening emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Apply the three levels of listening
  • Express their views assertively, with a focus on positive outcomes
