This interactive one-day workshop offers participants a proven framework and practical skills to give and receive feedback effectively, based on three distinct feedback models. Participants will also learn when and how to apply each of these models in various situations.

 

At the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Understand and apply three different feedback models: the Diamond Model, Feed Forward, and GTD (Good, Tricky, Different), knowing when and how to use each one
  • Integrate feedback into their daily work routines to improve communication and performance
  • Provide effective and constructive feedback that supports growth and development
  • Use praise and positive feedback appropriately
  • Deliver directive or corrective feedback in a clear, respectful, and constructive manner
